- Show your ticket at the gateEach ticket has its own QR code in a holographic chip, scanned once at the gate.
Can I buy tickets for other people?
Yes. Choose how many tickets you want and write each person’s name. Each ticket gets that person’s name and its own QR code: send each person their ticket with “Save or send”.
Is there a dress code?
Yes: anything black on the bottom, with any Valley Panthers regalia on top. No club top yet? Order a supporters T-shirt from the club shop in good time for the night.
I closed the page. Where are my tickets?
Your tickets live at your own private link. On the same phone, open this page again and tap your order under “Your tickets on this phone”, or use the link you saved or sent to your WhatsApp. Lost it? WhatsApp the club.
I paid from someone else’s EcoCash
That’s fine. On your order page, tap “Paid from someone else’s EcoCash?” and type the approval code from the EcoCash SMS. Your tickets then appear.
Can a ticket be used twice?
No. Each ticket lets one person in, once. When its QR code has been scanned at the gate it can’t be used again, so keep your ticket to yourself.
